Coco Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

  • Please allow 5-8 business days for your order to be processed and be shipped. 
  • Cocoglamshopp is closed on weekends and major holidays. Orders received on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday and shipped out by the following Wednesday.
  • Please allow 3-5 business days for all online shipping.
Please Note: Customers are 100% responsible for all Duties, Taxes and/or VAT (Value Added Tax) imposed by their respective countries when shipping internationally. These taxes are NOT included in the International shipping fee and orders will not be refunded because of unwanted additional fees. Please be sure to check with your local post office to find out fees before placing an order.
 
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We are not responsible for any shipment delays that may result from natural occurrences, holidays, or carrier delays

REFUND POLICY

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
  • WE DO NOT CANCEL ANY ORDERS SO PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ORDER IS CORRECT BEFORE PAYING.

*NOTE: Due to the current worldwide situation, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges at this time. BECAUSE OF THE NATURE OF OUR PRODUCTS ALL SALES ARE FINAL DUE TO SANITARY PRECAUTIONS unless they arrive damaged or defective!!

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages.
  • Shipping charges are non refundable.

Please contact us first before filing any disputes on PayPal. Please give us the chance to give a resolution to any problems or concerns.

My order was returned to sender because I supplied the wrong address. Can you reship it?

Incorrect addresses submitted cannot be reshipped/refunded. Please double check your shipping address before you submit all orders.

My package was damaged while in-transit. Can you issue me a refund?

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for in-transit damage.

Once orders leaves cocoglamshopp they are under the responsibility of USPS. All customers claiming damage will be required to submit a damage claim directly with the USPS and follow their instructions.

My package was lost or stolen from my address. Can you issue me a refund?

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

 Once orders leave Coco Glam Shopp they are under the responsibility of USPS with official record being your USPS tracking information. All customers claiming loss or theft will be required to submit a claim directly with the USPS and follow their instructions. If theft is suspected, it may be a more serious problem of an insecure shipping location.
